As a young and ambitious idea, HAM has for its aim not only to present to the public classic art work, but also to initiate sociological debates in order to identify the concept of museum in contemporary art and its way of perception in contemporary society.
The basic concept of the museum is to grow, from its standard framework, into the place of public gathering where ideas can be exchanged and, in such way, to introduce a new form of presentation of art.
This is how HAM became as a brand, as a collection of fragments of space which defines the place of the museum, not as a concrete building but rather as a concept in new form of art and cultural perception.
By its idea, the museum attempts to step out into the society and into the public, creating a bond between social norms and the individual experience, because the specificity of the space which art occupies lies directly in the human being, and not in buildings themselves.
